They showed up on time, but first, they were very responsive to the questions I was asking before I hired them. My toilet wasn't the problem. It was a city water problem that caused my pipes to be blocked after they turned city water off for a new building site. They can and did more than I expected, but I was very grateful. I will be using this company again. Thank you, guys!
