Kim was so professional and reliable. We had a kind of different task for her - feeding our pigs and chickens while we were on vacation when our regular helper became ill at the last minute. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually try to work with a customer. I like spending extra time with the animals. I am not able to spend the night at your house so I try to spend some extra time hanging out. Pricing depends on the number of animals, what all is involved in the care and how far away. Average price is $25-30 a day.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to meet a new customer and their pet. That way I can get a feel if it is a right fit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently in 2nd semester of veterinary technology through Penn Foster and I work at an animal hospital. I have 7 years of working experience with animals. I have worked at a doggie daycare and boarding and veterinary hospitals. I am comfortable around all animals except snakes.
