I was initially hesitant using thumbtack again after a bad experience. I was even more skeptical and nervous using primal landscaping with zero reviews. I am so glad I went out on a limb. I have had continual drainage issues with my yard. I have used large companies and have spent extravagant amounts of money to fix the problem. Randy was prompt with my request on thumbtack. He came over within a few days to discuss the issue. He actually stopped by prior to appointment to assess the situation to give some thought on the solution prior to meeting. We had a discussion of the problem and presented some ideas. We had a plan in place. Called for prices of equipment and materials prior to presenting the estimate, so there was no surprise costs. His prices were no different than the larger companies. He also only charges for cost of supplies. Many companies up charge for materials and supplies. He told me when he would be there. He was there that day early in the morning. No wondering if he was going to show up. He executed the plan as described in the time estimate he provided. The work was flawless and to point. I have had three storms and no flooding. I was so happy I have hired him to continue other landscaping projects. He was professional, meticulous and prompt. The added advantage is you are dealing with him. He is doing the work. He hasn’t sub-contracted the work to other people. Enclosed are pictures of the path. Underneath is a drainage system.
