I dealt with HydroHelp911 for a repair on a church. The initial guy that came out was JJ, then Jeremy and Blake came to do the repairs. All 3 are really great. Jeremy and Blake worked quickly and efficiently and were very polite. The repairs were as described in the original consultation. The company's estimate was also more reasonable than the other 3 estimates the church received.

Over promise and under deliver. They were a day late and never communicated that if we resolve one issue it would just migrate to another area creating another problem. After paying $10k and the job was finished, they said yes with it being an old house this will happen. So, if we want to fix it we would have to pay more money. But the issue was not in the original draw up and never communicated to us. The work they did was really good but again, didn’t end up fixing our whole problem. I communicated I had a problem and they never reached back out to fix or correct. The moral of the story, be ready to put in more money and more money and more money…problems will just keep migrating if you do not do your whole foundation!

Our process involves setting an appointment and one of our system designers will come out and meet with the homeowner to figure out what exactly they are trying to accomplish. After this, they will perform a comprehensive inspection and put together a plan of action.

We are licensed contractors in the state of NC and SC. We also attend industry trade shows to stay up to date on the latest products and services to best provide for out customers.
