What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since our work is custom, pricing really depends on the specifics of the project. If you have a budget in mind, please let us know up front so we can offer options within your range.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation in the client's home where I can see the space and discuss the project. I will take dimensions and will offer ideas or advice. After the initial meeting, I will send a quote and mock-up of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 12 years experience working in the cabinetry industry in both residential and commercial settings. I have worked in all facets of the job from cutting and assembly to supervising crews of installers on large scale projects.
