speKwo is company that currently handles all types of repairs for real estate closings or homeowners. We have extensive experience in crawlspace repairs, structural repairs, radon mitigation, and home inspection repair lists. For 7 years we exclusively built custom bathrooms. In 2017 we opened up our services to repair lists, utilizing the same skills which made us a successful bathroom remodel company. There are a few things that really set us apart from most other contractors. 1. We have a streamlined system to quickly provide you quotes. 2. You are our priority! Once we start your repair list we will not stop until it is completed! 3. All work is completed internally. We do not sub-contract any work. We have highly skilled, full time team members. 4. Luke and Marty did a great job doing our spray in insulation in our attic. They came and gave a quote and did the job 2 days later. The job itself was done quicker than I thought. I hired Rent Ready Experts for a laundry list of tasks: Changing out electrical outlets, replacing the wall switch for my ceiling fan, fixing a toilet, removing extremely dated gas logs, cleaning my gutters, fixing a cracked roof shingle, cleaning my chimney of moss, and repairing a downspout so that it drained away from the house. When we give you a quote, that is the quote. Our pricing is transparent. We provide accurate and reliable pricing so you don't have to worry about unexpected price increases.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can quote just about everything remotely. You can submit a home inspection or radon report on our website and we can have you a written and itemized quote in as little as 24 hours. Once quote is approved we will schedule the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each one of our guys our true craftsmen with extensive experience residential remodel and construction. The skills that exist amongst our team members are plumbing, carpentry, electrical, tile, crawlspace repair, structural, radon mitigation and more.
