Price breakdown from dispatcher didn’t make any sense. However Rick called me and cleared everything up even came out within the hour to fix my doorbell chime issue. I am very thankful for his prompt response regarding my issue . I will be recommending his company to family & friends as well !

Thumbtack's web site is good for setting up jobs but had problems tracking the status of a job already scheduled. Rick pulled into my driveway minutes after I got home. I hadn't gotten word that he was still coming and had assumes he was not. He fixed the problem with my grill in short order.
