- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be reasonable with my pricing and work with people if the pricing is too high. With that being said, if you reach out to me closer to when you would be leaving, the price will be a little higher due to having to quickly make arrangements for me to get there (i.e. if I have to reschedule anything, etc.), the price will be higher. However, if you reach out a week to earlier on, the price will not be fazed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with working with a new customer is completely up to them. I have had some people who message me what needs to be done and where everything is and that is completely fine! I have also worked with people who want to meet first to show me where everything is and meet their pets, and that is completely fine as well! It is totally up to them and what they are comfortable with.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started pet sitting and house sitting early on. I love animals and being around them, as well as, making sure everything is well taken care of on the property and house. When I am watching over your pets, I try take pictures of them and send them to you while your gone to ensure you can see your pets are okay and doing well. I try give updates when something happens, which may be every day or every couple of days. I know that's what I would want if someone was watching my pets, so I try implement it while I work with you as well.
