- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm fairly reasonable and affordable. I will work with anyone within reason.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step would be phone interview. Then schedule a taste testing to go over samples and look for event. Then I will provide a payment schedule and due dates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had classes at Michael's as will as some college courses at the Art Institute of Virginia Beach majoring in Food Service Management. I also work as a cake decorator at Publix.
