- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a mobile notary I charge $10 per notarized signature on documents like statements, affidavits, POA’s etc. travel fee is between $30-$50 depending on the distance from Concord. Loan signing prices vary based on the type of loan but start at $100
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to call/text to confirm what is you’re looking to have notarized. I’d also what to confirm that valid ID is available and how many notarizations are needed. It’s important to know if the document requires any witnesses to be present because they’ll need to be there at the time of the appointment
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified as a Notary Signing Agent through the National Notary Association.
