My daughter was trapped in our pantry when the door knob broke. I called Excelsior Lock and they arrived within 20 minutes. The tech, Robert, kept my daughter calm and laughing while he took apart the rest of the door knob to get her out and replaced it with a new one. I’m so thankful for the service!!
