This is our 2nd building that we have had Foundation Doctor structurally repair the crawlspace. This is also the 2nd time Auston & his crew Dylan & Zach have done a great job for us! In this farm house they had to remove a 4x8 beam flush girder in an area of the crawlspace that was only 18 inches high. Because of that, it literally had to be taken out notch by notch and piece by piece. We appreciate all their hard work! They also put a steel beam in the cellar to support the kitchen floors over it. Auston has been so good to give us daily updates & keep us informed regarding the daily repairs.Their supervisor, Rob was great to work with as well. We appreciated his expertise and attention to detail.Our first point of contact in these two projects was Michael. He has been so helpful explaining what needs to be replaced/repaired in our crawlspaces & has patiently & promptly answered all our questions.After 2 building repairs, we have nothing but good things to say regarding Foundation Doctor and highly recommend them!

Foundation Doctor has been very helpful at a very frustrating time!I was overwhelmed with all the problems that we had found with our salons crawlspace. Michael came out to inspect the crawlspace. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. He gave us a detailed explanation accompanied by photos of the extent of damage which included immediate needs and issues that may need to be addressed at a later time.Auston and his crew, Rylie and Dylan did an outstanding job in repairing our crawlspace! Throughout the entire process they kept us informed on what was going on and what was accomplished daily, which was greatly appreciated! We appreciated Auston and his crew working with us so we could keep the salon open and all their hard work to repair the foundation of out building!I would definitely recommend Foundation Doctor!

Elias and Riley worked at my house recently and worked incredibly hard. They had a difficult job, in my novice opinion, and worked relentlessly to complete the project. Always professional and courteous, these gentlemen are stupendous. They kept me posted every step of the way. It's never easy dropping a large sum of money, but the work is tough and I have no desire to get under my crawl space. The professionalism of these guys and this company, in my opinion, eased the blow. Well done guys, you guys are champions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have a quick phone call to try and understand the exact issue facing the customer and to schedule an onsite estimate. Once a date and time for our Free Estimate is confirmed we will show up on time and explain our findings with the customer along with a detailed quote for any repairs we are recommending.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has a NC and SC General Contractors License (NC #102400 & SC #125566). Over 300 successful projects completed each year
