I contacted Sam when my heat went out at 10PM on a Sunday. Fortunately, it wasn’t too cold out and this wasn’t an emergency. He was out our house in about 12 hours and had the issue resolved shortly thereafter. Sam was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He was able to communicate the repairs needed and cause of failure effectively. I highly recommend Sam’s Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs.

Sam completed great service for the AC unit and the whole AC system in my house. Cleaned coils, refilled Freon, cleared the condensate line, cleaned the pan inside the house. On top of that he worked on the insulation in the basement and dryer pipe set up underneath the house. All according to the code with the detailed documentation and craftsmanship warranty. Sam arrived on time. In fact the process required several visits due to complexities with the system and Sam was on top of it every single time. He communicated and informed about the process, suggested the most efficient cost effective solution. He never tried to upsell some unnecessary elements that would just cost more and deliver no benefit. Sam has exceptional honesty and integrity. I strongly recommend Sam, in fact I already recommended Sam to a friend of mine and I believe he is going to work with Sam. If some other AC related service is required , Sam is my first choice in Charlotte - Greensboro area!
