I hired this company to clean out my ducts from dust since my house was getting very dusty quickly. The owner was very responsive to my inquiry. His tech Jared arrived at the appointed time, was very respectful. He looked over the ducts and identified mold as well as dust, and showed me the evidence. He took care of both problems that day and was thoughtful with the belongings in my home while providing the service which was clean and efficient. My preference is to support our local businesses rather than national chains and this company did not disappoint me.

The 2 young men arrived on time and were professional. The lead technician asked me to show him the parameters of the job, did a minor inspection of the job and provided me with the estimate invoice. The technicians then proceeded to perform cleaning the vents and exchanges by floor. They vacuumed the bathroom exhaust fans and vents. Lastly, they cleaned out the dryer vent. The job took about 3 1/2 hours and they cleaned up behind themselves.

Matt explained everything about the UV light that would keep the mold from coming back and then installed it where there was enough room to comfortably fit it in to the furnace opening. He cleaned all of my ducts, sanitized them, removed the mold and installed the UV light. He also cleaned out my dryer vent all the way up to the outlet on the roof, reattached the hose that was not on tight, and cleaned up all of the lint in the laundry closet, as well as cleaning out the inside of my dryer. He had stepped up on my toilet seat in my master bathroom in order to check the ceiling vent and this broke off a nut and bolt on the one side of the toilet seat. Great guy that he is, he not only went to Lowe's and bought me a new toilet seat but he installed it for free!! I'm already noticing a change in the quality of my air that I breathe in inside my house, and I'm not getting the multitude of headaches that I was before he did this cleaning, sanitizing and mold removal on my ducts. I am very pleased with his expertise, professionalism and all around great work on my duct system! I also have a lifetime warranty on the UV light, a five year warranty on inspection of the duct work and replacement of the UV bulb after 2 years (cost of $150)!! Unbelievable!!
