- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are able to provide free estimates in most cases. Our service call fee is normally $150 which includes up to 30 mins of troubleshooting and/or repairs. If you receive an estimate that seems high, don’t hesitate to reach out and we will look to see where we may be able to adjust the estimate or adjust the scope of work to meet your budget. We are also are able to provide the opportunity for financing of jobs over $500 in some cases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Introduce Tentmakers Electric 2. Listening to understand what problem the customer is trying to have solved 3. Explain our process and gain any other info needed 4. Provide an estimate through email and text message 5. Once estimate is signed, I schedule the job for a date that works for the customer
