We hired Greg for a whole house remodel design plan. We really enjoyed working with him, he had great ideas, was timely in responding and getting the plans drafted, as well as keeping within the quoted amount. Greg is one of the most courteous, meticulous, and brilliant professionals I’ve worked with. In the real estate development industry, it can be difficult to find architects who have the first hand experience to design a thoughtful but luxury concept. Since the first project Greg worked on for me, it is clear his years of knowledge and expertise provide his clients tremendous value that will pay for itself many times over. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new costumer starts with an introduction meeting/project consultation to discuss the work to be done, expectations, design direction, and budget. A plan will then be developed for how to proceed with the proposed work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- I graduated from Virginia Tech (ranked #4 Architecture school in the nation at the time) with an architecture degree. - I live and am a licensed architect in North Carolina. - I previously worked on high end residential projects in Massachusetts's for 5 years. - I have also worked on smaller homes, additions, custom hot tubs, outdoor showers, etc.
