Cayman was great. He was quick and knowledgeable. Only challenge I had was when I put the request in I told the rep on the phone that we had several out door lights that were very high. He didnt prepare the tech for how high and I now need an additional visit to change my flood lights.

The worker was friendly and respectful, but to charge 1.5 hours for 30-40 minutes of work tops......not cool at all.

When we price a job, we price on the expected time it would take to complete the job...this is what everyone in our profession does. I apologize that our licensed electrician worked too fast and efficiently for you. Many companies even charge one-way drive time which is something we do not do. We are known to be very affordable for the quality of work we provide and we only send licensed trained professionals.

We offer fair and affordable pricing! We have a flat service fee charge of $150 which is credited towards your job at time of hire.

We analyze your individual problem/situation and come up with the best and most cost efficient way for each customer. Our main goal is to provide the absolute best customer service while saving our customer money.

Our licensed electricians all have proper licensing and on the job training as well as additional certifications in generator service and repair.
