While I appreciated their quick response and availability, they did a poor job on the actual cleaning. This was a cleaning of an empty house to list it for sale, and as you can see from the pictures they left very basic things incomplete/dirty.
They didn't clean the microwave.
The bathroom floors near the toilets hadn't been cleaned.
Front of the fridge not clean.
Glass on patio doors in dining room not cleaned.
The only items in the house were a table and 4 chairs that they didn't bother to sweep/clean under.
They vacuumed the carpet upstairs but not the stairs themselves.
I had to spend an additional 3+ hours of my time late last night cleaning the stuff they didn't do so the house would be ready for pictures today.
Very disappointed.

Jeremy, I apologize for your disappointment. This will be taken into consideration. Unfortunate your service was titled as standard cleaning. If you were trying to book a deep cleaning you will have to be more specific about it next time. There were wet towels, and what appeared as throw up or feces all over the toilet when my workers cleaned your bathroom. We gave you the standard service that you booked. The only extra services you asked for were the fridge and the oven again my apologies. We’ll take your complaints into consideration. Have a blessed and loving weekend.

My experience with I-Dsign Kleaning Services was amazing. The ladies did an excellent job with my office space. With covid looming over our heads they were the perfect solution to my cleaning problems, making sure every inch of the building was clean and sanitized on a day to day basis.
