- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair prices for our services. We are not the most expensive or the cheapest. We pride ourselves in offering value to our clients and stand behind everything we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather information about your needs and or problems over the phone. We then schedule a time that works best for our client to come out and inspect their HVAC system, maintenance it or provide an estimate, which ever they need. We then go over pricing complete the work and do one final inspection to make sure nothing got overlooked before colecting payment and ensuring our clients are satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My coworkers and I all have over 80 hours of training per year to make sure that we are all second to none when it comes to your family or businesses comfort. We are all either licenced, EPA certified, factory trained, both or all of the above.
