I can make large batches of drinks for your girl's night in, baby showers, birthdays, etc. I can make Jell-O Shots in bulk - pick the flavor, type of alcohol and amount! You need someone to serve - I can be there for that too! You provide the alcohol, I will provide the service and time.
I’m certified (NC), licensed and insured (GL and Liquor). However, I CANNOT provide alcohol or serve a cash bar.

Stace was the bartender for my 4th of July party. She was on time and ready to set up and start immediately. Stace was flexible about her work space and was able to make do at times when certain ingredients weren’t available. She made delicious and creative drinks with a smile and a positive attitude. I would hire her again for an event in the future.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
See what their specific needs are, work up a quote based on a short 5/6 additional questions (that may not have been answered in the initial ad), then provide a quote. A deposit is required (applied to balance) but is used to confirm your date/time. Follow up a week or 2 before the event to help with any last minute questions/concerns and provide client shopping list or ideas of what amounts to buy for their guest list size/hours of service. 2-3 days before get the drink menu finalized.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been informally doing this for family and friends for 20+ years. Since I have a “day job” this is something I like to do for fun, but take seriously yet have a great time!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I enjoy working with clients to establish a drink menu (complete with signature drinks). My fav was a recent Halloween party where I designed a few “spooky” drinks.
