We contacted Jimmie to remediate the water damaged floors. He responded immediately and took care of all water damages. He was very professional and always kept us in loop about what he was doing. Our floors needed more time to dry out but he honored original estimates and didn’t charge us for the additional days. He was very punctual and if he is gonna arrive late then he communicates. I would definitely do business with J and L again.
