- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At C&Z Restoration, my goal is to maintain affordable pricing while doing quality work. I know times can be difficult and emergency situations arise; therefore I want be able to help a customer while keeping pricing within their reach. I will offer discounts for veterans as I am a veteran myself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When hiring C&Z Restoration, the customer will get a detailed overview of the scope of work to be completed. I want the customer to know exactly what to expect every step of the way. I will explain my findings and recommend what needs to take place in order to mitigate the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed professional with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) for Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation. I also hold a certification as an Asbestos Supervisor.
