I had water coming thru the drywall in my garage that developed mold. In ended up the issue came from a slow leak from the hot water tank pex piping in the wall. I contacted Corey and he came out the next day and gave me a quote for the project of mold remediation, replacing any necessary insulation, drywall repair,wood replacement and a moisture removal station. Corey was one of three quotes I received. I went w Corey because I just felt very comfortable w him after discussing the project and just standing around and talking.

I needed to have insulation replaced on the finished third floor of our home. The enclosed area that houses the HVAC unit, and 2 small storage areas. The insulation was original to the house (45 years), and there was evidence where mice had made it their home more than once. I found Corey through Thumbtack (after a couple of others declined the job as it was "too small"). Corey contacted me almost immediately (on a Sunday) and came to the house Monday to give me a very reasonable estimate. We decided on a day to do the work. Corey removed the old insulation, disinfected the areas, and installed new insulation. He did a great job! After he left, you couldn't even tell he was there because he took care in disposing the old insulation and cleaning up the mess! Corey was professional, courteous, and friendly. If the need arises, I will hire him again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At C&Z Restoration, my goal is to maintain affordable pricing while doing quality work. I know times can be difficult and emergency situations arise; therefore I want be able to help a customer while keeping pricing within their reach. I will offer discounts for veterans as I am a veteran myself.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When hiring C&Z Restoration, the customer will get a detailed overview of the scope of work to be completed. I want the customer to know exactly what to expect every step of the way. I will explain my findings and recommend what needs to take place in order to mitigate the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed professional with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) for Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation. I also hold a certification as an Asbestos Supervisor.
