We are JMR Plumbing Services! **Insured **Family owned & operated **40 years combined experience Born and bred in Johnston county, NC. We are clean, professional, and most importantly, we are AFFORDABLE. Our areas of expertise range from electric and/or gas water heaters to new install home rough-ins, drain cleanings, toilet and faucet installs, drain and water line repairs. To put it simply, we do ANY AND ALL PLUMBING. My father and I have a combined 40 years in the trade. Our customers' satisfaction is our FIRST priority. We had to install a new faucet in our kitchen in a tight space. James did a wonderful job installing the new faucet with motion sensor features. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly. He even made recommendations to make sure we had long-term usage with our new faucet. I highly recommend his services.

I would like to commend JMR for their responsiveness, I had an urgent drain repair job and they helped me resolve the issue on time. They were great at communicating when they left, even when they were running late due to traffic they let me know. I did appreciate that about them. My father started a plumbing business when I was just a boy and he would let me come with him and help out, and I fell in love with how involved I can be in this business
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I enjoy installing new fixtures in homes, because nothing adds decorative spark to a kitchen or bathroom like new and shining fixtures! Typically this is done in 30min-1hour depending on labor involved.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
