- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the following discounts: $25 discounts for First time home buyers, Emergency personnel and Military Members! $50 off when any 2 services are scheduled! Our fees are reasonable and comparable to the local market rates. The value of our inspections outweigh the cost immensely. Many of our customers have shared that we provide a much more thorough inspection than is generally presented. We are proud to provide our customers the peace of mind they deserve when purchasing a home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally when you request or inquire about one of our services, we will contact you to answer any questions you may have. When services are scheduled, we recommend you attend the inspection, to ask any questions and to be provided with the knowledge to make a sound buying decision. Once the inspection is complete, we will review our findings with you, if in attendance. If not, we can provide a review of the findings via phone or video chat. We are available for any questions well after the inspection has been completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified by AHIT, The American Home Inspector Training Institute and licensed by the state of North Carolina. I have had previous experience as a residential electrician and many years in quality assurance. This provides an attention to detail that is unmatched.
