Very happy with the work and professionalism. Jimmy went above and beyond, my vent was higher on the roof so he had to clean from the inside out. He decided towards the end even though it was not n easy reach and was a little risky that he had to finish a small cleaning of the outside end. He called and asked if he could come about 45 minutes early which worked great for me, so not only was he ontime he was early after asking if it was OK. He also cleaned out the tube inside the dryer as it had a lot of buildup. He will be my goto duct cleaner moving forward and I will 100% recommend to all of my friends... He sent before and after pictures which I posted on my Google review.

Jimmy was amazing. Highly recommend him. He fixed our dryer problem by installing a shorter vent to the dryer. This is a brand new dryer and the vent was squished so that there was no air flowing freely. The installers, pushed the machine back too far and used a long vent.He also cleaned the outside vent. He was very accommodating, friendly, reliable, professional and knowledgeable.

Jimmy did an amazing job and was very responsive through the whole process of finding a day and time that worked for both of us. Through out the process, he showed me before and after pictures which instantly justified the cost of this process for me. Speaking of cost, I got multiple quotes and Duck by far had the best price for the job. If you can't remember or have no idea when your air ducts were last cleaned (like me), reach out to Jimmy and get this done to have peace of mind that you have clean air circulating through your house.
