Where do I start. #1 our amazing server was early. When she arrived she immediately introduced herself and asked for the run of show and where she needs to focus her time. She immediately jumped in and helped support the caterer with food prep and passed hors d’oeuvres. She also supported our bartender with ice refills and restocking. She provided a white glove experience to our guests that she served. She cleaned up and kept everything tidy. She was friendly, professional and efficient. Would definitely hire Megyn again and recommend her! Nothing but rave reviews from my guests. She definitely upgraded my event experience.

Listen, I cannot thank Kita and her team enough! She provided us with extraordinary service and amazing eats for my daughter's baby shower. From the time we inquired booking, to the day of the event, the service was perfect. We explored flavors over a tasting. It gave us a thorough understanding of options on her menu! She was extremely kind, patient and understanding when we seemed indecisive. Everyone at the baby shower spoke highly of how elegant, and professional her service was...but most importantly the flavors of the food. We truly recommend booking with Kita's Kitchen. Chef Kita and her team were absolutely amazing! My husband and I have been in constant contact with Chef Kita from the early stages of wedding planning, and every step of the way. She was able to reassure us that everything would be taken care of, and everything was taken care of plus more. My wedding guest even had fun with the team. I will definitely keep Chef Kita I mind for my next big event, which will be my husbands 40th. I highly recommend her & her team for any event.

Chef Kita was amazing. She was right on time, her response time is incredible, and she is so so nice. Her food was amazing! The entire experience was outstanding. Highly recommend her services and we definitely be reaching back out to her again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel fee of .99/mile + $55 applies to locations more than an hour away from our home base. Our tasting fee is $175.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know a little about them. Feeling out their personality. Learning what they do and don’t like and why. For instance, a client may say that they don’t like onions. But I want to know is it the onion or the texture because that can be changed. Getting to know my clients is a major key for me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some formal training but a professor saw that I wasn’t getting much out of classes and got me a job at a local restaurant in 2008. I didn’t exactly enjoy it and this professor recommended catering. This is where I found my passion. It’s never the same event twice and I love how personal it is. Working so closely with clients to make their event one-of-a-kind is exciting!
