Jeanine at Visions Designs has handled all of our balloon decorations for our large Employee Holiday Lunch for multiple years now. She also handles any balloon and decorating setup needs throughout the year for our other employee events onsite. Jeanine is very dependable and reliable. She arrives on time and always has everything ready to go with plenty of time to spare. Her work is stunning and she is exceptionally creative. We always enjoy working with her. I needed someone in a week's notice and Jeanine was able to accomadate. Her work was beautiful and she understood what I wanted perfectly. On time, set up and take down went flawlessly! Jeanine was very pofessional and I will definitely use her services again! The glare didn't do the pictures justice. Backdrop was beautiful 😍
