  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I will discuss the desired position(s) with the client and ask them to provide me with links to the positions. I will then tailor their resume and/or cover letter to the positions. I am open to communicating with clients, and clients are welcome to ask for any revisions after I complete the documents.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I majored in English composition in graduate school, and I was the Assistant director of the Writing Center on campus. I continued to improve my practice with working with writers through my business.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I've worked with clients in all fields and all ages. They range from HR professionals, educators, and high school students.
