Aaron Rumble responded immediately to my request for a quote in September. He came to my home on Beech Mountain, NC and he explained everything to me and I signed a contract. There was a bit of a delay in the process due to the Hurricane that came through NC. On November 18th two new doors and 6 windows were installed. I am very pleased with the work and highly recommend Aaron and his business.

I recently had Rumble Exteriors install several custom windows for me, and I must say, I am highly impressed with the quality of the windows. Thumbtack asked me to submit this review so this is my experience. We didn’t end up hiring Aaron after we thought we were going to. The good things: his quote process was simple. He was nice. He was prompt in communication. The windows he is selling seem to have a decent warranty. The reasons we didn’t go with him: there was a change in quoted price after the fact, and then he came down to what he said was his best price. Then, when I started to swing toward another vendor he had more wiggle room. He also shared a personal story about his girlfriend twice saying he just found out the news, which immediately made me feel they were lines. In his defense he was very accountable for the pricing situation, citing he was practically selling them at cost (but again, it felt like a line).
