First the bad which occurred first. Before ya turn away, read the good too. But from the very beginning I was deceived to believe they are an all in one company repair AND restore. I had a different company lined up but when the initial rep (who I think was the owner) told me THEY do it all and handle everything with insurance, I cancelled the other and went with them. They ARE NOT all in one. They billed me for thier clean up/mitigation work then later told me another company would be doing the restore, and another bill. So that part being said, that was the only bad. The work was great, everyone else I dealt with was very professional, listened to my gripes (not that they could do much about it), and were always very responsive and punctual. As a matter of fact, the initial assessment was at 10-11pm. The guy literally came by my place late that night to start evaluating it for n my e and to set up a plan of action. So except for that first issue, everything was perfect.

Had a major flooding on Memorial Day. Called UWR at about 2:15 and they were here within an hour. Evacuated the water and set the fans and dehumidifiers to dry the wood floors. After 5 days of the equipment running, the moisture level of the wood was negligible. We have 2 small pieces of wood that should be replaced. This was wonderful news since almost the entire house had up to 1/2" of standing water. We will highly recommend this company. It helped a great deal that we were home and were able to start removing the water as soon as possible. It would have been very easy to remove wall board and molding for the additional cost, but the readings did not warrant the work. Sometimes it is easy to take advantage of people during a stressful situation, they did not do that. Had a very positive attitude throughout.

I was shocked to find my dishwasher flooding my entire kitchen one afternoon! I was so panicked, didn’t really know what to do first. I pulled up Home Adviser and got connected with United Water Restoration of Charlotte and so thankful I did! Tim showed up promptly, worked with my home owners insurance, had my kitchen dried out and got me connected with a reliable plumber to fix the problem. What I appreciated the most was Tim explaining everything throughly, a real hero! Thank you United Water Restoration of Charlotte!!
