Just inspection is charged 149 $ and a big fee is charged after then for just cleaning it.I think it’s pretty high for inspection for just to identify the moisture content.

Our Thumbtack profile states upfront that we have a $149 inspection service call fee which covers admin costs, tech labor, travel expenses and on-site costs as well as follow up As every mold job is unique it requires an on-site inspection and we then provide a written estimate for approval. The inspection fee is credited back on the estimate provide should you opt to perform the work. The inspection fee charged is not the fee to perform the mitigation work, Sorry for your confusion.

We offer free inspections! We only able to provide estimates after accessing the project as every project is unique. 10% Discounts for Military, Veterans, and Seniors (65+)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once an inquiry is made, we contact the customer promptly to obtain any additional information needed and schedule an on-site visit. Once on-site, we inspect the situation, make recommendations and prepare an estimate for the customer. They then decide how they would like to proceed. We respect the wishes of the customer and always do what is best for you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are IICRC Water Remediation Technician (WRT) certified. Each lead has several years experience dealing with water damage and mold remediation.
