We utilize Xactimate 28 based price guidelines.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We handle emergency service based responses 24/7 (water damage; fire/smoke damage; hail/storm damage; board up; etc.). Due to the nature of our work it is often times impossible to formulate a quote based on email requests'. Our project managers' are committed to the following: * We will meet our clients' at a time that is convenient to them * We will explain all options and include our client as much or as little as they would like to be * We will combine our experience with industry leading equipment * All of our employees have successfully passed thorough background checks * We will represent our client to ensure the maximum available coverage if they are using an insurance company to facilitate repairs
