- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am strait forward with pricing. I’m not the cheapest contractor but I’m far from the high dollar ones as well. I will always work with my customers to make sure they are satisfied before and after all work is completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself, get an understanding of what homeowners need and wants. Please be mindful, siding is still back ordered and may take several weeks to get to the location. But I like to meet and greet, walk the home, pitch some design ideas. At the end of the day, I want the homeowner to get what they want and can live with seeing everyday the next 20-25 years after install.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I myself have over 18 years of hands on experience and still to this day install. I learned from the ground up from picking up trash to installation and now run my own business.
