- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When beginning with a new client we first conduct a client interview to understand how we can best meet the needs of the client. We then agree on a service fee which is followed by signing confidentiality and service agreements. Thereafter, 99% of business is handled online using secure cloud-sharing, email, and phone calls. Once a new client is established, our process is mostly automated with very little client involvement required.

Enrolled Agent Certification in Risk Analytics B.S. in Accounting Continuing Education in accounting, tax preparation/research, credit analyst, payroll management, business consultant.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
