Skyler is amazing. Pool was leaking water, Skyler located the leak and completed the repair in 1 hour. I highly recommend Phoenix Pools, you won’t regret it.

Skyler and Chase were excellent. We’d been gone a month and came back to a complex pool situation. They quickly diagnosed our issues and solved all of the immediate issues. We’ll be happy to work with them on all our pool related issues and upgrades going forward.

I bought a new heat pump and needed a pool company to plumb it. Reached out to several companies, and Skylar at Phoenix Pools of the Carolinas responded quickly. Sent him pics of what I had, and he was able to provide me a quote.
When he came onsite, he was READY! His work was first rate, and he finished quickly. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of his work and the affordable price he quoted.
Looking to have Phoenix Pools of the Carolinas do some additional work on my pool by adding a waterfall. Phoenix is able to perform a lot of different work outside of simple pool maintenance such as modernization.
BTW-Skylar is also an Army vet. Great to give a veteran the business. Will definitely be using him in the future!

I have GREAT feedback about Skyler Jones of Phoenix Pools. Over the years I have found pool companies to be hit or miss.
Skyler is a hit! He does repairs, maintenance, liner replacements etc…
Super dooper responsive and knows his stuff.
If you ‘need a guy’, call him. He’s great!
