I needed a drawing for a retaining wall and instead of just moving forward Cody shared the code and asked a couple of questions. He did right by me and was not just trying to get work. We ended up needing the drawing and he was super engaged and helpful. That is customer service. Work was great and reasonable. Love people who want to do right by others! Cody conducted a structural inspection of my home. My house had several worsening interior drywall cracks and I was worried there were foundation issues and expensive repairs needed. We had cheap engineering at first - then we got Borjag. What a world of a difference! While building our first home, the cost of our lumber package came in $14k higher than the builder estimated. Cody reengineered the builder’s original structural drawings and was able to find massive savings. The builder said Cody’s plans would have saved her $7k on the foundation alone. Moral of the story: it’s worth it to hire a quality engineer. Cheap engineering turns out to be quite expensive. I recommend you use Borjag if you are building or adding on, it is worth it.
