Richmond did a great job. Quickly found the problems and repaired pipe leaks. He also cleaned backflow preventer valve, replaced piping off of the water main, & installed new shutoff valve. I was very pleased with his work.

We recently had what we believed was a problem with our yard sprinkler system. It wouldn't come on and we thought some wires had been crushed or broken by a lawnmower hitting the protective PCV pipe they were encased in. Richmond was able to come right away, and discovered our sprinkler system was fine, but we had a large water leak at the side of our house where the water pipe/elbow had failed and broken underground. He had to buy the proper parts, dig down to the pipes, replace the broken areas, then test the pipes, then refill the hole. It took several hours, and he did an amazing and professional job. He's very comfortable to talk to, explains the issue clearly, and is highly skilled and expeditious in his work. We'll use him exclusively if we ever have any more sprinkler issues. He's a really good man!
