Ace Roofing (Vasily) delivered on all levels. I was having issues with water linkage in my bathroom. The water was coming from my attic and a friend recommended I contact a roofing company. I search google and there were many roofing companies to chose from. I found Ace roofing and I made my decision based on reviews. I scheduled an appointment. Vasily showed up on time and took a look at my roof. He found hail and storm damage. Several months later I have a beautiful roof & repairs to my bathrooms paid in full by my insurance company. Many thanks to Vasily and team.

Charlotte Ace Roofing did a great job on my house and my neighbors houses. My roof was in much worse shape than I thought and my insurance company agreed it needed to be replaced. Charlotte Ace's roof crew cleaned everything up and left me with a beautiful new roof. I'm glad I chose them to replace my roof.

Vasily worked with one of my clients who had a roof leak. Client had called other roofers before Vasily who told her that she needed a full replacement and to file an insurance claim. After Vasily scoped the roof he confirmed that the roof was fine and was able to fix the leak for a fraction of what her deductible was. Thanks for being upfront and honest
