- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a mortgage broker so I am paid by the lender not my client. My goal is to match you with the best lender for your specific financing scenario.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the client at their preferred time and review their income, credit, and assets to confirm the maximum purchase price they are able to qualify for. I go over the loan options and rates and generate the preapproval letter. Once my client is under contract for a home I lock in the interest rate with my client and review the loan estimates to make sure it works for my client.
