- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial step in this process is to meet with my client and go over what to expect in this process as well as get an idea of what my client's needs and wishes are. Once the consultation is over we can begin looking at our inventory for buyers or completing a Comparative Market Analysis for Sellers. I take on all responsibility from there on until we accomplish the goal of finding your dream home or selling your home. This will include analysis, negotiations, coordination, documentation, expert advice, marketing, research, etc. My job is to make this process as smooth and stress free as possible and to put a huge smile on my client's face at the end of this process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed as a Real Estate Agent, Certified in Project Management and hold a degree in business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love helping people accomplish their long lived dream of owning the home of their dreams! I’ve enjoyed helping others selflessly as long as I could remember. Real Estate has always been a passion.
