What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off of each clients needs. I provide sewing classes and also design and make custom garments. With my sewing classes I do have to charge by the hour, I teach what I’ve learned in college and more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is going over personal goals of what they would like to achieve. Next is setting a price for the service being provided. Finally receiving your service in a good timely matter.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years experience in sewing and have obtained my degree in fashion design
