- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we have a consultation by phone where we learn about the customer's investment objectives and details about the property. We also take a moment to explain more about PMI Amazing Spaces and our local Charlotte area team and our national resources. Next we do some research on the property to estimate the Market Rental Rate and tailor our proposal for the customer. We do like to visit the property to evaluate for rental readiness and make sure we know all the marketable attributes. Once we reach agreement we can generally have your property listed on the market with in 1 week
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The PMI Amazing Spaces Team is made up of professionals from several disciplines, We have Engineers, Accountants, Realtors, Property Managers and skilled trades people. Give us a try and put our amazing team to work for you.
