Our management fees are based on the number of units we manage for each client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial consult and review your current rentals. Upon that consult we discuss our pricing, expectations, and transfer process. Once all matters are covered and reviewed we will send out a management agreement to sign and begin providing you top rated service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with individuals who have a single home to manage all the way up to portfolio investors with 20+ doors.
