I would 110% recommend the MoveZen team to any landlord looking for a trusted property management partner. I am a first time landlord and naturally had a number of questions about the process. I met with a handful of the top rated property managers in the Charlotte metro area and MoveZen stood out by far in their knowledge of the Charlotte market and their ability to work with me to provide a custom service that addressed my major questions/concerns. I worked with Monique Mustafa and from our first meeting she was able to convey her knowledge of the industry/market and provide a realistic timeline and expectations. I had to move out of state and she was great at managing 3rd party contractors to get the house tenant ready and market the house in a timely manner. She was prompt and every insightful with all of her responses to my numerous questions. All in all, from the day I turned over the keys, she was able to get the home rental ready, market, and find a quality tenant in less than 4 weeks. I am looking forward to working with her and the MoveZen team on my next rental home!

I've gone through a lot of property management companies while renting my apartment in Charlotte, NC and Victory has by far been the best to work with. I've had some nightmare experiences in the past with previous property management companies and I'm very happy to finally have landed with Victory.Their online portal is super easy to use and they are always very responsive to my maintenance requests. My main POC Catherine is great, she is always available via email or text and responds to me about any issues I have with my apartment and she keeps me up to date with any announcements about my complex.Overall it has been a positive experience working with Victory Property Management!

My relationship with Victory started recently but I've been very impressed with how buttoned up they've been, from initial conversations explaining how the rental process works, to collecting what they need from me, to listing the property, and to recruiting tenants. My account manager Jennifer is super quick to reply and has been great to work with.

Hi Jenna. Sorry to hear the home wasn't up to your expectations at move-in. We always encourage our residents to let us know (during the application period after viewing the property) if any items need to be addressed so we can get approval from the homeowner before a resident makes the hold payment to reserve the property. We can't guarantee that the owner will address any cosmetic items after a hold payment has been submitted, and most rental properties will have some cosmetic issues. In this case, we did have the carpets cleaned before move-in, and the only other item we were informed of before move-in was a laundry door issue. The owner agreed to replace multiple appliances instead of simply repairing the existing ones to ensure you were satisfied once these issues were reported after move-in, and we always work to complete maintenance as quickly as possible after we receive a maintenance request. Regarding current maintenance, we received your maintenance requests on the day this review was submitted. Please remember that anytime non-urgent maintenance is needed, the best option is to submit the requests through your tenant portal so we can begin working on them as quickly as possible! We are happy that we have been able to help with maintenance and the work order submission process and appreciate your feedback.
