- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For people interested in renting a home, the process starts with an online application. For Real Estate Property Owners interested in Property Management, We start with an inspection to determine that the home meets our standards: Safe, Clean and Functional. Next we have our marketing team take photos and start the tenant vetting and screening process. From that point on we take care of all Management of all bills and rent collections, evictions, maintenance, HOA compliance, enforcing of all legal issues etc. Our Leasing Guarantee guarantee is placing a qualified renter within 21 days from when the home is market ready.
