- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a cohost of 2 properties myself, I know it is hard to foreshadow how many tasks you would need done. I am willing to work with you on setting up something that works within your budget, especially if you need reoccurring tasks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would love to chat on the phone to discuss your situation! This way I can ask questions and you can ask questions - so we are on the same page, and build that relationship from the beginning!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently co-host 2 South Charlotte properties so I understand this need!
