- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge per hour. Instead, I offer a turn-key price based on the scale of the project and distance to the job site. In order to get an accurate quote for oversized and heavy items or large projects, please reach out with detailed information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process usually begins with a phone conversation to get an accurate understanding of the customer's need and to provide the most accurate quote. Once we arrive at the work site, we do a walk through and staging with a client. During this part of the process we usually make suggestions on placement and proper display etiquette, however, the customer always has the last word. Once everything is staged, we replace the hardware on the back of the artwork to a two point anchoring system, which keeps your art from tilting once installed. Finally, the last stage is when your art goes up on the wall, followed by another walk through to ensure you are happy with the results.

My clients have ranged from homeowners and tenants to small businesses and large corporations. My approach is always the same to every project, no matter who the client happens to be.
