FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe that good health should be achievable and affordable. We do everything we can to work with your insurance company. If, for some reason, we are unable, we can work out a payment plan that can help you feel well and not trade your physical health for your financial health.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always begin with a full evaluation. We'll look at movement and compensation patterns. From there, we'll consider the role pain is playing (or not playing) in the process & develop an individualized treatment plan together. As we work through the treatment plan, because all of our visits are 1-on-1, we will make frequent adjustments based on how your body is responding to treatment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed physical therapist in North Carolina (P13678) and have served as the chair of the NC Physical Therapy Board (2015-19) - I'm passionate about the profession and integrity of physical therapy. Clinically, I have focused on continuing education that challenges and develops my clinical skill so that I can offer my patients unparalleled service. These have generally focused on manual, orthopedic, balance, and geriatric topics of interest.
