I have wanted to step into Olympic weightlifting for years and finally decided to go for it. I did six weeks of personal training with Danielle to learn fundamentals of the lifts, which set me up with a good foundation moving forward. She walked me through warmups and broke down each lift with helpful cues. My sessions were a highlight of my week - I cannot recommend Danielle as a personal trainer highly enough!

I've been working with Danielle for the last 4 months and she is THE BEST! I've been doing a virtual training and nutrition coaching program for the last 4 months. She is really good at programming workouts that work for your body with as much or as little equipment you have. She helps you get to know your body and what works for you. With Danielle you don't get a generic diet plan, you get a comprehensive workout regime tailored to your goals and a nutrition plan that will instill good long term habits. She's supportive and encouraging and just has such a good energy to her. I'm so thankful I found her, working with her has been the best decision for my health I could have made. Couldn't recommend her enough!

Danielle is an elite trainer. I have complicated back issues, and having Danielle was like having a trainer and physical therapist in one. She helped me strengthen my entire body, and I saw a massive improvement in my back issues because of the safe core strengthening we did. She is easy to be around, and I always enjoyed our banter. My progress through my time with her was amazing. She would make a great trainer for anyone, from a competitive athlete to someone recovering from surgery.
