CP has definitely helped me achieve my strength training goals these last few months! Through his coaching and training I’ve learned so much about various exercises and proper form. I started off as a complete beginner and CP created a regiment that fit my experience level and current abilities and we progressed from there. CP is very professional and knowledgeable about fitness and ensures safety comes first. The photo is when I started with CP to my most recent results. You will not be disappointed!

Chase is the best trainer I've worked with! I came from a metabolic conditioning background and only worked with Chase for a few months, but he was able to help me hit new PR's for stuff like squats, deadlifts, and for upper body. He's very detail oriented and helped me with my form on every exercise. He helped me improve my mind-body connection and has given me the confidence to work out on my own! He's very knowledgeable and considerate and will also push you. He's also great at giving advice on nutrition as I struggle getting my protein in. His programs are very personable and structured so he was able to match my goals and the way I like my workouts. Definitely recommend!

I throughly enjoyed working with Chase and all the progress I made while with him. We worked together over 2 years and I saw significant increases in my overall strength and fitness. He is a very thoughtful trainer and will customize your program to fit your needs. He has the perfect balance of being understanding and flexible but also challenging you and pushing you towards your goals. Perfect if you need accountability complimented with expertise. Chase is a fantastic trainer, I’ve been working with him for the past year and I’ve seen great results. Chase was also able to program my workouts around a knee injury and subsequent surgery that I had, he did a great job of working around my limitations and still helping me increase my strength/stamina and lose a significant amount of weight. I would highly recommend Chase to anyone looking to start on their fitness journey!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When working with a potential new client I have a in-depth client questionnaire I like to have everybody feel out that allows me to get to know you, your past, your goals, your fitness likes/dislikes, etc the best I possibly can

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I’ve worked with all types of clients. I’ve helped teenagers prepare for their sports seasons, I’ve helped mothers achieve their first ever pull-ups, I’ve helped retirees get the strongest they’ve ever been.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    The most important thing to look for when looking to hire a personal trainer is to find somebody that you know can/will push you beyond even the short term goals you have for yourself. It’s easy to be motivated for a couple months while trying to lose some pounds for summer, but will that Trainer be able to keep you engaged for months or years after the fact and keep you improving beyond just the present?
