- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a potential new client I have a in-depth client questionnaire I like to have everybody feel out that allows me to get to know you, your past, your goals, your fitness likes/dislikes, etc the best I possibly can
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with all types of clients. I’ve helped teenagers prepare for their sports seasons, I’ve helped mothers achieve their first ever pull-ups, I’ve helped retirees get the strongest they’ve ever been.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important thing to look for when looking to hire a personal trainer is to find somebody that you know can/will push you beyond even the short term goals you have for yourself. It’s easy to be motivated for a couple months while trying to lose some pounds for summer, but will that Trainer be able to keep you engaged for months or years after the fact and keep you improving beyond just the present?
